The Neo buildings are all great and everyone can eventually pick up a few of them without advanced tactics. People are intimidated by QI but it really can be very simple. Remember, fighting is easiest on Day 1 and will get a little more difficult each day at midnight reset, so fight early! Goods, Coins, Supplies and Military Units are all separate from your Main City and will not affect it at all. Here are two options for minimal effort, but good returns from QI.
Option 1: Super easy – just log on and donate the Goods, Coins and Supplies you were given at the beginning of the game; you can also fight until your introductory Military Units are gone. The order of donation nodes varies so you may have to come back a few times a day or week to donate all you have. I work this way on all of my Diamond Farm cities and receive one free Reward Chest at the end of each two week Season.
Option 2: A little more involved but still easy – set up a city to give yourself new Goods and Military Units.
- Build 3 Multistorey Houses, 3 Tanneries, 2 Palaces and 1 Catapult Camp.
- Collect every day.
- When you have 1000 Chrono Alloys (found at the top left on a PC) delete the Catapult Camp.
- Put up 1 Cannon Camp.
- When fighting is too hard delete the Cannon Camp.
- Put up 1 of any of the Goods building.
- Make Goods donations instead.
Note: you will need to begin QI with 107.400 Coins and 7,500 Supplies to put up these initial buildings. I believe everyone will have enough, even if you have no QI boosts in your Main City.
You can expand on that basic QI City configuration to give yourself fighting boosts. But remember to never build more than one Military Building (or Goods building) at a time. Production time is 5 seconds so you don’t have to have multiples. Or add 1 Multistorey House, 1 Estate House and 1 Palace so you can have a Military building and a Goods building at the same time.
You can donate Coins and Supplies at any time, but be careful to keep enough on hand if you want to put up more buildings.
